Straw Bales
Each bale is approx. 45 x 35 x 90 (cm) and 20kg. They’re a natural product and may shed the odd straw stalk so are best suited to outdoor events, or indoor spaces that can be easily swept. If hiring a venue, we ask that you get permission from them before booking.
It’s best to keep the bales as dry as possible. In the event of wet weather, we can provide plastic sheeting and tarpaulins for you to cover them with when they’re not in use.
Bales are flammable, so need to be placed a safe distance from bonfires and other open flames. We also recommend that they’re not stacked too high.
Payments & Deposits
We require a small deposit to secure your booking and ask for full payment 28 days prior to the event. Payments can be made via BACS transfer.
Our items are hardwearing, but we ask that you treat them with care. We require a refundable deposit in case of damage or non-return of hire items.

Our pricing is below. Items are subject availability, so we would advise you to book in advance, especially during the Summer months.

Delivery
We can deliver locally across the Coventry-Solihull-Warwickshire region and our delivery charge is calculated £1.80 per mile.
We usually deliver on the morning of your event, or a day or so in advance, and collect the items the following day.
Our minimum order size for deliveries is 10 bale. Please give us as much notice as possible for larger quantities.
There’s no minimum order size if you choose to collect and return bales and other items yourself.
